COC Burn-in Tester
The COC BI series is a high-efficiency COC Burn-in System.
It supports high current, short pulse burn-in testing and apply for long-term reliability experiments under high temperature and stable current conditions.
It supports front side optical power inspection, real-in burn-in data monitoring and also assist users to conduct life analysis and burn-in filtering.
The main unit design for drawer type, supports max. 10 layers and 40 burn-in drawers. It can also depend on burn-in requirement to customize it.
Features
- Each drawer supports independently control temperature and loads driving current, and achieve multi-temperature zones, multi-variety, and multi-process burn-in operations.
- 3A Pulse mode current and 1us short pulse burn-in.
- The single-layer burn-in area can be used independently and it also can be combined with a rack to increase the burn-in scale with more flexible.
- It supports real-in monitoring of output power and as an option for each drawers.
- Option with N2 filling protection, to supports airtight LD COC burn-in.
- The heating structure is a flat heating structure, which can effectively improve the temperature uniformity of the clamp.
- Support customer MES system
- Option with UPS, to avoid an unexpected power outage.
- The system has a self-locking structure that locks itself after power-on to prevent accidental hot swapping by employees.
