RCML 20192 _ Detector Coupling Tester

RCML20192 detector coupling tester is used for coupling production and testing of various pin-position ROSA/BOSA devices of APD and PIN-TIA (Vpd/Mon).

This instrument comes with a light attenuation module, which can achieve rapid attenuation. There is a built-in high-precision optical power meter for output monitoring, which can monitor the optical power of the output port in real time during attenuation. It also supports external optical module interfaces and can be connected to different wavelength modules to provide different coupling light source requirements for the production of ROSA/BOSA devices.

Features

Customized test conditions can meet various test requirements. It is compatible with two types of detectors, APD and PIN-TIA (Vpd/Mon), and supports devices with different pin packages.
Provides four built-in light sources of 850nm, 1310nm, 1490nm and 1550nm, which can output analog modulation frequencies in the range of 1M, 2M and 4M.
Built-in light attenuation module.
Supports SFP and QSFP assembly optical modules
Outputs 0~70V continuously adjustable voltage.
Response current measurement range 0~9mA.
There are protection circuits against overshoot, kickback, ESD and surge.
Support return loss test (optional).
