LIV 6 Series LIV Comprehensive Tester
LIV60101 comprehensive tester is suitable for LIV characteristic curve and characteristic parameter testing of LD, TO-Can, and TOSA devices in the optical communication industry, also can support spectral characteristic testing (an external spectrometer is required).
The system integrates a lot of functions such as current source, voltage source, current meter, voltage meter and optical power meter.
