Combo PON Comprehensive Tester

The Combo PON device performance comprehensive test system is a test system that simulates the actual complex application environment of Combo PON devices and automatically and quickly tests more than 40 type performance parameters of Combo PON devices.

It can complete LIV comprehensive testing of 1490nm 2.5G DFB device emission and 1577nm 10G EML device emission with one click, sensitivity and responsivity testing of 1310nm and 1270nm APD devices or PIN TIA devices. It supports isolation and optical crosstalk testing of internal optical paths.

Adopting a plug-in card combination solution, including two high-speed bit error analyzers, two detector comprehensive analyzers, laser comprehensive analyzer, optical variable attenuator, optical power meter, with high integration flexibility .
Various parameters of APD devices can be tested: VBR, dark current, sensitivity, saturated optical power, responsivity, optical isolation, and Xtalk crosstalk.
DML LD and EML LD can be tested: threshold current, forward voltage, backlight current, power, dark current, slope efficiency, Kink, Vend, EaPo and other parameters.
Various parameters of PIN devices can be tested: dark current, sensitivity, saturated optical power, and responsivity.
Design device protection measures, including static electricity, surge, over-current protection, APD power-on sequence control, etc.
