High Power TO Burn-in Tester
It is mainly used for high power laser diodes which executing burn-in testing with high-temperature and under certain temperature conditions. Different burn-in drawers can support different packaged laser diode forms (such as TO9, TO56, COS, etc.).
A equipment can support 40 burn-in drawers. Each drawer is an independent testing space and burn-in temperature and driving current can be controlled independently.
Integrate with software, to monitoring the current, voltage during burn-in testing. The user can according to those data to conduct reliability analysis.



- Support different packaged form (TO56, TO9, COS...). It can also regard to different DUT form to customized burn-in JIG and drawers.
- Support to over-temperature protection and power-outage protection.
- Applied to water-cooling + TEC, with stable temperature uniformity
- The software support local and remote SQL database, and can also customized regard to customer's data feedback request.
