PLT1403 High Power Pulse Source Meter

The PLT1403 pulse source is suitable for testing high-power lasers such as visible light, TO type Lidar , and VCSEL arrays. It supports ns level pulse and DC PIV curve scanning tests, characteristic parameter calculations, and spectral characteristic tests (an external spectrometer is required).

The instrument integrates a lot of functions such as pulse voltage source, current meter, voltage meter and optical power meter, and has the characteristics of small dimension, fast testing speed and easy to use.

  • Min. pulse width is 100ns and duty ratio can up to 0.5%.
  • The driving current can up to 30A.
  • Supports ns level pulse current waveform and monitoring.
  • Supports voltage 4-wire measurement, to maximize measurement accuracy.
  • Supports 2-channel sync pulse trigger output, with adjustable polarity and sync pulse width.
  • PD response wavelength range: 850~1700nm.
