DCA 10021 _ 10G Oscilloscope
The DCA10021 optical sampling oscilloscope is used to test transmitter performance indicators. It supports optical and electrical interface inputs. The optical channel has typical filters for optical ports of 10Gbps and below, and the electrical channel bandwidth is up to 20GHz.
It adopts the best vertical resolution and high sampling rate ADC to achieve continuous equivalent sampling technology, and combines the algorithm to complete the eye pattern reconstruction. The excellent circuit design ensures that the system noise is as low as 3uW. It is paired with a calibrated reference receiver (in line with industry tolerances).
