100ns TO Pulse Burn-in Tester
It is mainly used for pulse power burn-in of Lidar laser diodes under certain temperature conditions. Different burn-in drawers can meet the needs of Lidar laser diodes in different packages.
A equipment can support 40 burn-in drawers. Each drawer is an independent testing space and burn-in temperature and driving current can be controlled independently.
Integrate with software, to monitoring the current, voltage during burn-in testing. The user can according to those data to conduct reliability analysis.
