LIV 6 Series LIV Comprehensive Tester
LIV60301 comprehensive tester is suitable for LIV characteristic curve, PV characteristic curve and characteristic parameter testing of LD, TO-Can, and TOSA, EML and butterfly devices with TEC function in the optical communication industry, also can support spectral characteristic testing (an external spectrometer is required).
The system integrates the functions of temperature controller, current source, voltage source, ammeter, voltmeter and optical power meter.
