Japanese brand Pulse width generator
BERTWave MP2110A built in 4-channel sampling oscilloscope (eye diagram analysis) and BERT (bit error rate tester), specially designed for production inspection of 10G to 800G optical modules.
Basic function
- Up to 4-channel BERT and 4-channel sampling oscilloscope can be used simultaneously.
- Sampling oscilloscope:
– High-speed sampling of 250,000 samples per second, capturing 1 million samples in 5 seconds
– High sensitivity：-15 dBm (typ., SMF)
– Wideband：35 GHz (optical, SMF)、25 GHz (optical, MMF)、40 GHz (electrical)
– Low jitter: 200 fs rms (typical) - BERT:
– Low jitter PPG: 600 fs rms (typical)
– High sensitivityED：25 mV（typical）
Support application
- Evaluate the physical layer performance related to 10G / 50G / 100G / 200G / 400G / 800G optical transmission modules, optical cables and data centers, core / metropolitan networks, 4G / 5G mobile backhaul and 5G mobile fronthaul
